    I do not click unknown email links or open unsolicited attachments. All meetings are scheduled through my own secure booking link, and I never install remote-access software at a stranger’s request.

    I use encrypted, password-protected portals for sharing documents – not regular email. This helps keep your W-2s, 1099s, bank statements, and IDs out of risky inboxes.

  • Strong Authentication
    Wherever possible, accounts I use to access your data are protected with multi-factor authentication and strong, unique passwords.

  • Limited, Need-to-Know Access
    Access to your information is restricted to the tools and accounts necessary to serve you. I don’t share logins or use public/shared computers for client work.
